Pilot Frixion Color Sticks Erasable Light Green Gel Pen

My wife purchased these cool erasable pens of various colors. She wanted more so we ordered some from the web site. What we received were these Pilot Frixion Color Sticks which are HORRIBLE, nothing like the ones we liked. They don't even write, let alone erase. I have emailed the company twice and got nothing back. So I would have to add terrible customer service to this review.
